NEVILLE DENNISON (employed from 1970-1998) Subway Operations, Rail Cars and Shops. Died on February 19, 2017 at age 77.

DAYA FONSECA (employed from 1977-2005) Bus Maintenance and Shops, Queensway Garage. Died on February 8, 2017 at age 67.

TTC flags lowered in honour of Winnipeg Transit Operator

On Wednesday, February 15, the TTC lowered its flags to half-mast in honour of Winnipeg Transit Operator Irvine J. Fraser, who was tragically killed in the line of duty on Feb. 14. According to Winnipeg Police, Mr. Fraser was assaulted by a lone passenger while he was stopped at the end of his route, and succumbed to his injuries in hospital. He was 58 years old.
