Pieter Terhart

Born in the Netherlands on Dec. 14 1935, Pieter passed away peacefully at his home in Innisfil on Mon., April 30 at the age of 82.

Pieter will be sadly missed by his wife, Caecilia, of 57 years. It is with heavy hearts; wishing farewell to their hero and dad are his children Michael (Donna), Elisabeth (David) and Paul (Jessica). Cherished Opa are Julia (Tim), Eric, Natasha and Jack-Paul. Sadly missed by his brothers and sisters in the Netherlands and one sister in Canada.

Pieter was a wonderful husband, friend, golf buddy in Canada and Florida, and to all who had the privilege to know him. Dad was a kind, caring and a private gentleman who loved to share his stories of all his travels to Mexico, Dutch Islands, Europe, Canada, United States and the Netherlands. His passion was golf and woodworking, using cedars from his own property in Hockley Valley. Pieter will be sadly missed and always remembered by his many relatives and friends.
