Dear TTC Employees,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the great work you are doing on behalf of our transit riders and the Toronto Transit Commission.

Since Andy Byford took over as CEO nearly two months ago, the TTC has been focused on a strong agenda of change with customer service at its core. The daily customer service report has become a wonderful tool to help gauge how we are meeting some of our customer service goals. I was delighted to recently see that we achieved, for the third time, 100 per cent on all of our customer service targets. This is reflective of our renewed focus on our riders and the hard work you are doing to make Torontonians proud of the TTC.

Congratulations on this accomplishment. It is well-deserved. Let us continue to work together to make the TTC the mode of choice for people travelling around Toronto.
