TTC employees played a vital role in keeping Toronto moving during the Pan Am and Parapan Am Games this summer.
The TTC ran a highly successful transit service to all venues and transit hubs across the city. And more than 1,600 specially trained ambassadors provided high quality and friendly customer service to hundreds of thousands of riders and visitors from across the Americas and the Caribbean over a remarkable six-week period.
The TTC celebrates that success and spirit with a new video posted on Sept. 14 on the TTC YouTube channel (link on homepage). Versions can also be viewed on workplace TTC-TV screens and the TTCasts on the intranet (internal website).
