Organization Notice Director – Change Management – CEO’s Office
I am pleased to announce the following appointment to lead the newly created Change Management team.
Jody Humble is appointed to the role of Director – Change Management.
Jody joins us from Deloitte Consulting where, in the role of Manager – Change Management & Communication Consulting, she has overseen huge improvements in cultural change management within various organizations. Prior to that, Jody undertook a series of senior management roles, including Associate Vice-President, Corporate Affairs at Canadian Tire Corporation.
Jody’s primary role will be to embed and expedite organization cultural change. Transforming culture is the biggest and most challenging aspect of our five-year plan. In the end, the TTC will look and feel very different than it did at the beginning of 2013.
Reporting to me, Jody is responsible for a team of Change Management Consultants that will design, oversee and lead change management initiatives at the TTC that maximize employee engagement. This team influences the design of change and negotiates the phasing and implementation of change in order to enhance business performance, increase capability, drive engagement and minimize overall risk to the organization. The change consultants will be embedded in the organization in order to work with the current management teams to successfully introduce change, so that the management teams can continue to drive up customer service and operational excellence. The Change Management team’s first challenge will be to assist the organization in responding to the results of the Employee Engagement Survey.
Jody will join the TTC on September 8th. Please join me in welcoming her to her new role – one that is critical to our ongoing drive to deliver a transit system that makes Toronto proud.
