Message from the Executives
TTC Executive appointments
As you are probably aware, Chief Customer Officer and Deputy CEO Chris Upfold, has announced his resignation after six years at the TTC. Chris’s last day of service will be Friday, June 30.
I am pleased to announce the following consequential changes to my Executive:
Effective Monday, June 12:
Kirsten Watson is appointed to the position of Acting Chief Customer Officer. Kirsten will shadow Chris Upfold until he leaves, then act as Chief Customer Officer up to the end of 2017.
Collie Greenwood is appointed to the position of Acting Deputy Chief Service Officer up to the end of 2017. Collie will make a separate announcement regarding coverage of his substantive role of Head of Bus Transportation during this period.
Effective Saturday, July 1:
Rick Leary is appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer in addition to his existing role as Chief Service Officer.
In thanking Chris for his excellent work over the past six years, please join me in wishing Rick, Kirsten and Collie well in their new roles.
