Two permanent appointments

It is my pleasure to announce that Kirsten Watson has been permanently appointed to the position of Chief Customer Officer.

It is my pleasure to announce that Kirsten Watson has been permanently appointed to the position of Chief Customer Officer.

Kirsten began her career at the TTC in 2000 as Director of Employee Relations and later Senior Director of Human Resources and gained invaluable operations and service delivery experience as Superintendent of Bloor-Danforth Subway. In 2010, Kirsten joined the Ontario Ministry of Labour for a brief period, but returned to the TTC in 2013 as Head of Wheel-Trans, then Bus Transportation and most recently Deputy Chief Service Officer. Kirsten has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor.

I am also pleased to announce that Collie Greenwood has been permanently appointed into the role of Deputy Chief Service Officer.

Collie has been with the TTC for 29 years in various roles, including positions as a Divisional Clerk, Operations Assistant, Divisional Assistant Manager and Divisional Manager in Subway and Stations. Collie later became Head of Stations, followed by Head of Bus, and then Acting Deputy Chief Service Officer.

Please join me in congratulating Kirsten and Collie.
