TTC SAP Genesis Program
Mark your calendars! On Nov. 27, the Pension Fund Society will become the first TTC department to begin transforming their back-office processes thanks to the launch of TTC SAP Genesis.
To state the obvious, the transition to a modernized system is a complex one, and like most other organizations, we’ve experienced challenges along the way.
We know many of you had hoped to be using the system this year, but we unfortunately had to change our delivery schedule in order to ensure we roll out a product that will successfully gain your confidence. We ask you to bear with us through these changes. It will be worth it in the end!
To address our challenges, we made the following changes to the program:
- Worked to better embed the TTC SAP Genesis program into the business by making key resourcing changes.
- Wave 1 (Release 1-4) will be rolled out in three stages starting with the Pension Fund Society on Nov. 27 and completing with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Service Centre and Finance General Ledger functions in mid-2018.
