Sick Benefit Association (SBA) application deadlines during 2013 holiday period
To ensure timely payment of sick benefits during the 2013 holiday period, employees are required to submit their SBA applications in accordance with the following deadlines:
- Absences to Pay ending Sat., Dec. 14, 2013 with Direct Deposit Payment on Tue., Dec. 24, 2013: SBA application must be received* no later than 12 p.m. on Tue., Dec. 17, 2013.
- Absences to Pay ending Sat., Dec. 21, 2013 with Direct Deposit Payment on Tue., Dec. 31, 2013: SBA application must be received* no later than 3 p.m. on Fri., Dec. 20, 2013.
- Absences to Pay ending Sat., Dec. 28, 2013 with Direct Deposit Payment on Wed., Jan. 8, 2014: SBA application must be received* no later than 3 p.m. on Mon., Dec. 30, 2013.
*Original SBA applications must be received in the Human Resources Department, Occupational Health & Claims Management Section, Hillcrest-Inglis Building on or before submission deadlines.
