Compensation and Benefits Statement arriving to your home soon

An important notice from Human Resources

Each employee who is eligible for employee benefits will be receiving a personalized Compensation and Benefits Statement in the mail starting this month (June).

This personalized statement will provide salary and benefit details as of Dec. 21, 2012.

Please review your statement carefully. The accuracy of your information is extremely important for benefit administration purposes, and should be routinely examined to ensure your information is current.

For example, if you are enrolled in Group Life Insurance (GLI) benefits, please review your beneficiary designations listed on your statement. Your beneficiary is the person, or persons, who you decide will receive any benefits payable from your GLI after your death. If you have not designated a GLI beneficiary, then your GLI benefits will be paid to your estate.

Included with the statement will be instructions on how to update your personal information, if any changes are required.
