Notice of Appointment – Streetcar Transportation

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Albert Oliver to the position of Head – Streetcar Transportation within the Service Delivery Group, effective Sun., Nov. 5, 2017.

Albert joined the TTC in 2002 as a Subway Operator, and has progressed through the organization to Manager of Streetcar Transportation – Roncesvalles. During his 15-year transit career, Albert has held a variety of supervisory and management positions at the TTC, including roles in Employee Relations, Subway Transportation, Bus Transportation and Streetcar Transportation.

As Acting Head of Streetcars in 2016, Albert delivered service improvement initiatives on all streetcar routes and successful introduction of the new low-floor streetcar (LFLRV) fleet.
