Message from the TTC Pension Plan

Pensioners – Updating your banking information

Pension payments continue to be paid on time. If you have changed your banking account due to the cybersecurity incident, please ensure the TTC Pension Plan has your updated account information by December 1 so it can be processed prior to the next pension payment date on December 15. To process your request, we require a void cheque or completed direct deposit from your bank with your new account information.

Currently, the TTC Pension Plan is unable to receive attachments from external e-mail accounts. In the meantime, you can do one of the following to provide your updated information:

- Fax your new banking information to 416-338-0122.

- Mail your new information to:
