FREE RIDES ON 510 ROUTE TO BLUE JAYS HOME OPENER!
Thanks to Polar Ice Vodka for sponsoring free service on the 510 Spadina streetcar route on Tuesday, April 11 – the Toronto Blue Jays home opener versus the Detroit Tigers at the newly renovated Rogers Centre. This is the second straight year the TTC has teamed up with a sponsor to deliver free rides to the home opener.
Time: Free service runs from 5 p.m. to midnight.

MEETING OF THE TTC BOARD
The TTC Board meeting will be a hybrid model, whereby Commissioners will have the option to attend in-person or remotely. The public also has the option to attend and make deputations in-person or depute virtually.
Location: Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen St. W. The meeting will also be live-streamed on the Official TTC YouTube Channel.

MOUNT DENNIS COMMUNITY CLEANUP
Mount Dennis is hosting a community cleanup on Earth Day. Bring your friends and family to help clean up the areas within Mount Dennis and the surrounding communities! All are welcome to bring a shovel or rake.
Location: Meet up at Freshco parking lot at 1500 Jane St. Parking is available.
Time: 9.a.m. Free barbecue takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

APRIL 28 IS NATIONAL DAY OF MOURNING
Friday, April 28 is National Day of Mourning. Across Canada, it is a day to remember those who were killed or seriously injured in the workplace. Flags at the TTC will be lowered to half-mast as a solemn tribute to those in our workforce who have died or suffered a serious injury or illness.
