GREENWOOD SHOP OPEN HOUSE – A TTC/United Way event
The TTC welcomes employees and the public to Greenwood Shop to show off the facility and the great work we do there. A fun and family-friendly event that includes guided tours, work cars on display, virtual subway simulator, barbecue, silent auction and more. Admission costs $2 for kids and $5 for adults.

FAREWELL TO LINE 3 SRT
Celebrate the end of an era and bid farewell to the Scarborough RT. The SRT had been serving TTC customers since 1985 and was supported by thousands of operations and maintenance employees over the years. In August, the TTC confirmed that train service, originally scheduled to end in November, would not restart following a July 24 derailment.
Location: Scarborough Centre Station.
Times: employees, pensioners and families: 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; open to the public: 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Light refreshments will be available.

MEETING OF THE TTC BOARD
The TTC Board meeting will be a hybrid model, whereby Commissioners will have the option to attend in-person or remotely. The public also has the option to attend and make deputations in-person or depute virtually.
Location: Scarborough Civic Centre, 150 Borough Dr., Council Chamber. The meeting will also be live-streamed on the Official TTC YouTube Channel.

TTC/BLUE JAYS DAY FOR UNITED WAY – A TTC/United Way event
Employees and pensioners and family and friends are invited
to the Blue Jays vs Tampa Bay Rays on Friday, September 29.
Location: Rogers Centre, (200 level outfield seating).
Time: 7 p.m.

TTC BUS ROADEO & FAMILY DAYBus Transportation, Wheel-Trans and Bus Maintenance compete in driving and maintenance challenges.
This year’s competition will coincide with the TTC’s Family Day. All employees and pensioners and their families are welcome! Run-offs for Bus Transportation were held on August 15 and 16; and for Wheel-Trans on August 22. Maintenance competition application forms were due on September 5.
Location: Arrow Road Division.
Time: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
