Jane Murray PEng. PMP

The TTC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Murray to the position of Chief Project Manager of the Construction Department. The appointment was effective on Nov. 4, 2013.

Murray first joined the TTC in 1985 as a Project Co-ordinator in the Materials and Procurement Department. She held progressively responsible positions in Engineering and Construction/Project Management, up to the Senior Project Manager level for a number of years before departing in 1996.

That year, Murray established her own project management and owner representative services firm, which provided expertise to numerous clients in the energy, financial, manufacturing, transportation, consulting and contracting sectors. Over the last 17 years, she also found time to contribute to her community in many capacities, such as leadership and representation on local boards, business/trade groups, federal agency, professional engineering and project management associations.   

Murray returns to the TTC with more than 30 years of public, private and community-service-sector experience and subject-matter expertise in the areas of general engineering, project management, contracting and the administration of numerous commercial, industrial and transportation programs and initiatives.
