Joanne DiBiase

The TTC is pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne DiBiase as Head of the Training and Development Department in the Corporate Services Group. The appointment was effective on Feb. 5.

DiBiase began her distinguished TTC career in 1979. She worked in Marketing and Community Relations, Safety and Wheel-Trans prior to joining the Personnel Department as a Research Assistant in 1985.

DiBiase has held progressively responsible positions in Human Resources. Prior to her latest appointment, she held the post of Director of Employment Services. During that time she acted as Executive Director during labour negotiations and managed the redeployment process.
