Kirsten Watson

The TTC is pleased to announce the appointment of Kirsten Watson to the position of Senior Manager of Wheel-Trans. The appointment was effective on April 15.

Watson first joined the TTC as Director of Employee Relations in 2000. She was promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources and then Superintendent of the Bloor-Danforth Subway (Danforth Division).

In 2010, Watson joined the Ontario Ministry of Labour where she was Deputy Director of Dispute Resolution Services and later Acting Director of Dispute Resolution Services.

Prior to joining the Commission 13 years ago, Watson practiced labour and employment law as an associate lawyer at Norton Rose (formerly Ogilvy Renault).
