Head of Customer Service Centre

The TTC is pleased to announce the appointment of Roman Muetz to the position of Head of Customer Service Centre in the Strategy and Customer Experience Group. The appointment was effective on April 30.
Muetz had previously held the position of Customer Information Director. He joined Customer Service in 1981 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Assistant Customer Service Supervisor, then Customer Service Supervisor, before assuming the role of Director in 1997.
Muetz, who started his TTC career in 1978, also worked for the Commission subsidiary, Gray Coach Lines.
