The TTC is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Motahedin to the position of Head of the Customer Service Centre. The appointment was effective on Jan. 6.
Motahedin comes to the TTC from Telus Communications Inc. where she lead the customer service centre and loyalty and retention department.
In 2010, she was a member of the Customer Service Advisory Panel, which provided the TTC with 78 observations and recommendations to improve the customer experience.
Motahedin brings more than 15 years of experience in creating and delivering training; developing and implementing quality and satisfaction measurement programs; and supporting emerging technologies to help drive positive impacts to customers and end users.
