Susan Selfe

The TTC is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Selfe to the position of Head of Service Delivery Control effective on Dec. 11, 2017.

Susan joins the TTC after more than nine years with The Regional Municipality of York where she managed a team responsible for the financial, budget and reporting processes for its Transportation Services department.

Susan brings to the TTC more than 20 years of financial management and business planning experience in the public and private sectors. Before joining York Region, she worked in the investment industry, including Investia Financial Services and Fidelity Investments Canada.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She’s also a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

As Head of Service Delivery Control, Susan is responsible for providing support to the Service Delivery Group in the form of Operating and Capital budget preparation and financial analysis, workforce demands analysis and KPI performance reporting.
