Ted Zlotnik

The TTC is pleased to announce the appointment of Ted Zlotnik to the position of Head of Materials and Procurement. The appointment was effective on January 30, 2017.

Ted joins the TTC from The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo where he was responsible for management of the Supply Chain function for about four years. Ted brings to the TTC extensive public- and private-sector experience in procurement, materials management, purchasing and supply chain management. Amongst his career highlights, he was Global Director, Procurement Services at Ernst & Young for over 13 years.

Ted is an accomplished supply chain, sourcing and procurement professional with a track record of enabling organizations to identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive significant cost savings, and for ensuring that policies are in place to conform to risk management protocols and to protect against legal liability.

As Head of Materials and Procurement, Ted is responsible for: Materials Management, Purchasing and Sales, Project Procurement and Scarborough Procurement.
