Rewards & Recognition Program accepting fall nominations

Dear Colleagues,

We recently honoured an impressive group of employees from across the TTC at our Spring 2016 Rewards & Recognition Luncheon & Awards Ceremony. It’s time again to recognize outstanding employees from all levels of our organization for this fall’s program.

NEW for fall 2016: The Innovation & Creativity Award, recognizing TTC employees who have demonstrated exceptional creativity and brought forward ideas to improve the TTC’s internal systems and processes, operations, team culture, and/or delivery of customer service. Nomination forms for this award are currently only available on the Intranet (internal website), but will be widely available soon.

You have until Friday, August 12 to submit nominations to recognize outstanding achievement and commitment in the areas of Customer Service, Leadership, Teamwork, Safety and Innovation & Creativity. Nomination packages are available at each division, garage, and department around the TTC. Please encourage your teams to participate by nominating outstanding employees who deserve to be recognized for their dedication and hard work.

All employees can participate in the nomination process, and all employees are eligible to be recognized. Full eligibility criteria for nominations are outlined on the Intranet on the Rewards and Recognition homepage and the With Compliments Section. Paper nomination forms can be found on information stands at Human Resources at 250 Bloor Street East, at TTC Head Office, 1900 Yonge Street, seventh floor, and all operating divisions and garages.
