TTC’s Rewards & Recognition 2017 Spring Program

Today, the Executive Team and I will be presenting a series of awards to an outstanding group of employees who have led by example in delivering excellent customer service, thoughtful creativity, outstanding leadership and commitment to safety and teamwork.

We all have a role in telling the great stories we see around us, and many of you took that to heart by nominating your fellow co-workers for their exceptional efforts on the job. These awards are symbolic of the fact that we have an incredible workforce and this celebration is one way we can recognize the talent we have here. We should all be proud of that.

When I look across this entire organization I see greatness in so many different roles and areas – there is a real pride in the work you do and that pride does not go unnoticed. This spring’s award recipients truly exemplify the behaviours we should all strive for.
