Message from the CEO

Earlier this morning, one of our bus Operators was involved in a serious accident. The Operator has been transported to the hospital along with some of our customers. I share all of your concern for the well-being of our colleague, and we wish everyone a fast and full recovery.

Your safety and the safety of our customers is the most important thing to me. Today’s incident is a sad reminder of the challenges you face every day.

I know today’s event is upsetting. If you need support, please remember that the TTC’s immediate and confidential Employee Family and Assistance Program (EFAP), is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are working closely with Toronto Police Service who continue to investigate this incident.
