Today, one of our bus Operators demonstrated true heroism after being involved in a serious collision at Bathurst and Eglinton. Their calm demeanor and swift actions helped free another individual trapped in their vehicle.

In a moment of crisis, this Operator’s quick decision-making, compassion, and courage truly stood out, and I am deeply proud of their actions. This is a perfect example of the integrity, responsibility, and care we strive to uphold at the TTC.

Let’s all take a moment to reflect on the impact we can have on others’ lives, especially when faced with challenging situations. This act of heroism is a reminder that we all have the potential to make a difference when it matters most.
