Message from the CEO

Over the last week, Toronto and the surrounding area was hit with some of the most significant snowstorms we have seen in years. The impact of these storms was felt across the region.

One thing that did not close was the TTC. While we were impacted, we kept Toronto moving through last week and the long weekend. I want to offer my sincerest thanks to all of you who worked hard to keep our operations going.

Employees from across the organization made tremendous contributions. From our Union leadership to our frontline staff to our management team – I know you all worked long hours, and the preparation was evident.

This is a remarkable organization, and I continue to be impressed with your commitment every day.

Thank you again for your dedication, professionalism, and pride in your work.
