For months, thousands of TTC employees have been preparing for this moment. Across every division, every mode, every department, you have planned, trained, tested, challenged, adapted, and prepared with one goal in mind: delivering a safe, reliable, and world-class experience for our customers.

Now, the moment has arrived.

Over the coming weeks, hundreds of thousands of fans, residents, and visitors will rely on the TTC. They will be counting on us to move them safely, efficiently, and confidently across our city.

And we will deliver.

This is more than a tournament. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to showcase Toronto, the TTC, and the people who make this organization great.

Years from now, people will not remember our plans, presentations, schedules, or reports. They will remember how we made them feel. They will remember the Operator who went the extra mile. The Special Event Ambassador who welcomed them. The Janitor who took pride in their station. The Supervisor who stepped forward when it mattered most.

They will remember the people of the TTC, and that is our greatest strength. Because every journey, every interaction, every customer matters. Every one of those moments will help shape how Toronto and Canada are remembered by the world.

I have travelled across this organization and met thousands of you over the past year. I have seen your commitment, your resilience, and your pride firsthand. That is why I have absolute confidence in Team TTC.
