Mental health and wellness supports

Whether you are navigating a new or difficult time in your life, or you have a loved one in need. Some of these resources are listed below. You can also access supports on the Occupational Health and Employee Well-being intranet page, OHEW’s MyTTC | SAP Jam group, or by contacting the department directly at ohew@ttc.ca or 416-393-4578. Thank you for all you do. Your hearts and minds make a difference here in the city of Toronto. Please take the time to take care of yourselves.
