Scott Haskill

During his TTC career, Scott helped develop the Transit City plan, which set the foundation for many of the priorities and transit expansion projects that are currently in progress, including Line 5 Eglinton, Line 6 Finch West, the Ontario Line, and others. He was instrumental to the success of the transportation initiatives that moved customers and spectators to game venues during the Pan Am and Para Pan Am Games in 2015. Scott also led and developed the Opportunities to Improve Transit Service initiative, which expanded the overnight network; expanded the express bus network; and created the all-day every day network as well as the 10-minutes or better network. Scott planned and delivered more individual route improvements across the network than is possible to count – from routing changes and adjustments to periods of operation, Scott has had a profound impact on how we deliver service for our customers. Scott joined the TTC as a Planner in the Service Planning Department in 1990 and retired in February 2023 after 33 years of distinguished service.
