Presented for excellence that falls outside the Reward and Recognition program, and where the CEO feels that special recognition is merited. This year is presented to Fort Monaco in recognition of his wealth of knowledge and understanding of the complexities related to track safety, maintenance and repair, signals, electrical, communication, ATC and more. Fort is forward thinking. His tenacity, problem-solving skills, excellent leadership, integrity and credibility are greatly admired and appreciated.
