Deb, in the words of former CEO Andy Byford, is a superstar for her effort in pulling together the 2017 APTA Transit System of the Year Award submission. Winning this prestigious award was a team effort on the part of all TTC employees, but winning this award required someone to tirelessly write the submission, gather all the facts, get input, rewrite portions then, when all done, just a few more rewrites.
