Gemma has been the catalyst to the culture change that I, and Andy before me are so immensely proud of. She has spent the majority of her career in Human Resources working to promote the culture of fairness and accountability. Her quest pre-dates many of us, and despite the challenges faced, she never gave up due to her love for this organization and its people.
